CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Provides strategic and creative vision while supervising the efforts of Art Directors, Designers, Site Builders, Copywriters and other team members. Requires the ability to generate strong concepts and ideas both internally and externally while working with creative team, account executives and clients. Involvement in effective client presentations. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and have a through understanding of integrated marketing.

ART DIRECTOR
Must possess a strong ability to conceive and implement design on a strategic level, based on a solid creative background. Responsible for innovative design solutions, directing sales staff, satisfying client goals and meeting project objectives. Must Possess good verbal communication skills and presentation skills.

DESIGNER
Works within a team developing concepts, typography, visuals, etc. on a wide range of projects. Will take a project from concept to completion. Thorough working knowledge of Mac-based Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Must have strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented.

COMPUTER PRODUCTION ARTIST
Works within a team. Must be fast, detailed-oriented, and have a thorough working knowledge of Mac-based Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop, and print production.

INTERACTIVE DEVELOPER
Design, program and project-manage Web and Interactive projects. Advanced understanding of Interactive/Web software, Photoshop, Illustrator, and HTML. Familiarity with database, e-commerce solutions and hosting environments a plus. Needs to work as a team with traditional designers,writers, and account group to be the technical resource and expert. Knowledge of HTML, Java Applets, Dreamweaver and Flash required. Ability to present to clients when needed for client consulting. Director, ASP, Java Script, etc. a plus. Samples of interactive projects required in advance of review.

INTERACTIVE PROGRAMER
Program Web and Interactive projects. Advanced understanding of interactive/Web software, HTML, database and e-commerce solutions to make it all happen. Familiarity with hosting environments and networking a plus. Needs to work as a team with traditional designers, writers, and account group to be the technical resource and expert. Knowledge of HTML, Cold Fusion, Pearl, Java Script, Java Applets and Dreamweaver required. Ability to present to clients when needed for client consulting. Project Management skills and knowledge of VB Script, ASP, a plus. Samples of interactive projects required in advance of review.

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Will build effective teams, build new business and be a part of building the agency at the same time. Oversee account teams, strategic planning and implementation, etc. Responsible for the development of overall client objectives and the accurate realization of those objectives. Must possess strong strategic leadership abilities, creative intensity and team building skills. Also requires excellent presentation and communication skills, along with experience in traditional marketing, new technology and interactive media.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Write strategies, sell good creative, and manage a multitude of clients. Responsible for the development of overall objectives and the accurate realization of those objectives. Requires excellent written and verbal skills, along with experience in traditional marketing, new technology and interactive media.

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Must possess solid understanding of our services, integrated marketing, advertising and design services, as well as a working knowledge of Internet development. The position reports directly to the principal of this firm. Objectives will include the growth of billings through new relationships in selected industries by means of an aggressive, systematic sales strategy and tactics. Primary responsibility is to deliver qualified prospects to the account team, who will engage the client accounts and close the sale. Get our team in front of prospects and convince them we're the best. Performance measured against sales quotas.
